Free aids and services
ABC Home Health Care Plus provides, free of charge and in a timely manner:
- Reasonable modifications and appropriate auxiliary aids and services for people with disabilities — such as qualified sign-language interpreters and written information in other formats (large print, accessible electronic formats)
- Language assistance for people whose primary language is not English — such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages

How to file a grievance

You can file in person, by mail, fax, or email, and we can help you file a grievance if you need assistance.
